Sunday Church School is an important way to stimulate the mind and ignite the soul through learning about Christ.
Chapel Crusaders The Chapel Crusaders Sunday School class was organized in the 1940s. The men and women in our class range in age from 65 to 85. We have 8 teachers who rotate and bring us interesting and informative lessons. Our members are a friendly and caring group. Come join us! We meet in the Memorial Library.
Christian Fellowship The Christian Fellowship Class was organized in February 1957. Its first class consisted of five members meeting in the corner of the Fellowship Hall. The class is still meeting in the same room, but now on the stage. We have grown and now have 51 members on our list. Members of the class teach on a rotating basis. Some of the highlights of the year include monthly class meetings, Christmas caroling to shut-ins, and other exciting trips. The Christian Fellowship class meets in the Fellowship Hall.
Circle of Friends The Circle of Friends class is a small group whose members have genuine care and concern for one another as well as for the needs of others. Our class is a safe place for folks to grow in their faith. The class gives two $500 scholarships every year to high school graduates in memory of Brandon Dukes. The Circle of Friends enjoys reviewing local restaurants as well as large doses of holy hilarity. Circle of Friends meets in the Chapel.
Diverse Disciples The Diverse Disciples class is exactly that—diverse! Our class includes men and women ranging from 20—80 years of age. The Diverse Disciples have several teachers who lead open discussions concerning Biblical topics and how we use them individually in our everyday lives. Our classes are a place where class members can talk openly about Christ and learn from others. Our class generally includes at least one or two comedians so we always have a good laugh. We would love for you to join us. We meet in the ground floor classroom.
